That night Marcus is out finding wood to burn and 3 men find the pilot alone and attempt to rape her. Marcus comes back just in time to save her. He fights VERY well.
Note: you should be back in the theater by now...but if not..Marcus and the pilot have an important bonding scene ..they're cuddled together and she can hear his heart beating and she says "You have a strong heart..I like that."
